Three on three, best of three. The 3HL plays small-area games designed to maximize puck touches, decision-making, and scoring chances for every player on the ice. Smaller teams and a smaller surface keep everyone involved on every shift.

The best-of-3 format keeps games competitive from the opening puck drop to the final buzzer, so there is always something on the line.
